How to Get GTA 5 x64 Folder for PC: A Simple and Easy Method
If for some reason a restore or verify doesn't work, then PM me your email address and I will try to upload the folder to Hightail and send it to you. The only problem is that I have some mods installed, and I am pretty sure that OpenIV which I used, edits some of the files in there. You may want to consider just restoring the game through Steam or reinstalling if you have the disc version, after backing up your save files, if they are not saved on Steam's save cloud. But if you need or want my folder, I would be happy to send it to you.

Anyway, the folder is uploading to DropSend now. When it is done uploading you will get an email link to download he file from DropSend. Let me know when you have the file and if everything works out for you! I hope my modding some of the files in that folder doesn't screw you up.
Edit: Crap! None of these mass uploading sites is letting me send files this large. I apologize, but the file is twice as large as DropSend allows. Not sure how I can send you this, as I even tried zipping the folder.
Hi, I just downloaded some new cars and I try to install it with OpenIV. The car can be installed if I drag all files to for example GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpack/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf.But if I try navigate there in OpenIV, I see that x64 folder missing inside mods.Inside mods folder there are just: update folder - inside is update.rpfcommon.rpfx64a.rpf

In the vast majority of cases, the solution is to properly reinstall gpuperfapidx11-x64.dll on your PC, to the Windows system folder. Alternatively, some programs, notably PC games, require that the DLL file is placed in the game/application installation folder.
@Twepz4 Open up OpenIV, go to the vanilla update.rpf and OpenIV will show a red banner up top stating you are not in the mods folder. There will be a button to "copy to mods folder", click that and you're set. Do the same for x64.
this is one of the best mods in the game and it worked for me for a while and then it just stopped working i tried redownloading it and editing the dlclist text and i tried everything and yet it won't work for some reason.. it's probably bcuz of some mod i installed.. is there any fix?
@pappaskee go to gta 5 directory and create a new folder 'mods' and copy paste update and x64 folder into the mods folder . COPY PASTE NOT CUT PASTE ! In the main directory itself if u scroll down to end u will see many files starting from x64 .. copy those too into the mods folder .. here u go now u hv a mods folder
Mods for GTA 5 include vehicle mods, ASI mods, .NET scripts, trainers, and package installers, among others. To get a mod to run in GTA 5, players will need to use a different strategy for each type. Before downloading any mods, players must first download and install a program called OpenIV.
We fixed an issue where it was not possible to run Grand Theft Auto V (Epic Games Store Version) from OpenIV.We fixed an issue resulting in OpenIV crash while opening some modes and textures in GTA V.We fixed an issue where OpenIV did not update size of embedded archive when all files removed from it.You can add more names and strings into OpenIV databases by editing files in your documents folder here: Documents\OpenIV\[Game Name]\Strings\ Starting with this update OpenIV will automatically reload content of those files without restart.
I had this problem because a dll I was using had Sqlite as a dependency (configured in NuGet with only the Sqlite core package.). The project compiles and copies all the Sqlite dll-s except the 'SQLite.Interop.dll' (both x86 and x64 folder).
SQLite has 1 managed assembly (System.Data.SQLite.dll) and severalplatform specific assemblies (SQLite.Interop.dll). When installingSQLite with Nuget, Nuget will add the platform specific assemblies to your project(within several folders: \x86, \x64), and configures thesedlls to "Copy Always".
Upon load, the managed assembly will search for platformspecific assemblies inside the \x86 and \x64 folders. You can seemore on that here. The exception is this managedassembly attempting to find the relevant (SQLite.Interop.dll) insidethese folders (and failing).
The issue for me was when I modify only the WPF app, VS attempts to do a partial rebuild (realizing that the dependent dll hasn't changed). Somewhere in this process, VS cleans the content of the \x86 and \x64 folders (blowing away SQLite.Interop.dll). When I do a full Rebuild-All, VS copies the folders and their contents correctly.
The solution to have it work after deployment using ClickOnce was to create in the startup project of the solution (also the one being published) these two subfolder, copy into them the DLLs and set them as Content Copy Always.
I don't know why this has not been included yet, but I had to do the research and find this out for myself, so hopefully someone will find this answer and be saved the trouble. This was for a WPF app. It worked fine on my Dev box, but did not work on the computer where I was copying it and got the Unable to load DLL 'SQLite.Interop.dll' error. I ported over all of its associated directories and files, directly from my "Debug" folder to this other computer when I got the same error as the OP when I ran it. My "bin" folder that contained my DLLs had been copied to "Debug\bin" and all were included, along with my application files when I did my copying to the other computer using this path, so it was not missing any files.
I got the same problem. However, finally, I can fix it. Currently, I use Visual Studio 2013 Community Edition. I just use Add->Existing Item... and browse to where the SQLite.Data.SQLite files are in (my case is 'C:\Program Files (x86)\System.Data.SQLite\2013\bin'). Please don't forget to change type of what you will include to Assembly Files (*.dll; *.pdb). Choose 'SQLite.Interop.dll' in that folder. From there and then, I can continue without any problems at all. Good luck to you all. ^_^P.S. I create web form application. I haven't tried in window form application or others yet.
Since Vanilla means without mods, the launcher gave you two choices: either launch the game with your mods (and create a modded profile associated with them, since, by definition, the Vanilla profile cannot contain mods), or launch your game without mods, with a proper Vanilla profile, by deleting the mods in your games folder.
Additional info: Some of the presets will display a yellow warning message when launching the game. This is 100% normal and is not a problem. However, if you see red error messages displayed, there has been a mistake in copying over the data. Make sure to delete the ReShade folder from your directory, before copying over another preset. Overwrite all files when asked!
Attention! You will not be able to install this patch on a pirated copy of GTA 5 without the presence of cracked launcher version 1.0.1103.2. You also cannot install the patch on Steam version of the game, but you can use the updates folder and put them in the game. This patch is designed for installation in Social Club version of GTA 5.
Install ScriptHookV. Install OpenIV aswell the OpenIV.ASI which adds the ability to load custom archives and adds support to the allmighty "mods" folder. (The installer should then create a mods folder already in your GTA install directory). Install VSCode if you don't have already and finally 7-Zip
Create a folder named after your DLC e.g. natioh in \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\ . Once headed to \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\natioh\ create a Rage Packaging File (RPF), as name enter dlc.
Now you should have a dlc.rpf inside your natioh where we put our mods and files (like carvations.meta, handling.meta, vehicles.meta and so one) inside. Now open the dlc.rpf with OpenIV and we will create the folder structure in there. You need to create some folders (note that I use the default R* structure):
EUP Serve & Rescue is very similar to Law & Order, except the outfits are for non-LEO agencies. That means you can go out as a firefighter or EMT. The download and install are the same as it is for EUP Law & Order, so just follow the simple instructions above to get started.
Script Hook V is a library that allows a lot of the best LSPDFR plugins to work. Installing it is as easy as downloading the file from their site and dragging the ScriptHookV.dll into your GTA V directory.
Next, go to your GTA V directory in file explorer and open the ELS folder from when you installed the mod. Now open the pack_default folder and copy the XML file for your vehicle in it, replacing a file if there is one already with the same name.
The x64-msvcrt-ruby250.dll missing error seems to be the only one that is bothering you, the quickest solution would be to download a new copy of the x64-msvcrt-ruby250.dll file and install it in the required directories. For the Download and more instructions, make sure to check out the installation instructions and download links below.
Before you can start downloading and installing mods, there are a few add-ons that you'll need to set up. These add-ons will take the mod files and properly add them to GTA 5 for you, as well as let you manage the mods more easily.
Download Script Hook V from the official website and open its .ZIP file. You'll find a folder inside called bin. Copy the files inside of bin and move them to the folder on your computer where you installed Grand Theft Auto.
